NexGard Spectra Product Recall (November 2017)

About The NexGard Spectra Recall
Merial advises that it is voluntarily recalling one batch of NexGard® Spectra Chewables for Dogs 2-3.5 kg presented in a 3 pack from Australian retailers.
One unit of batch AA1266/17 has been identified as containing six chewables for dogs 30.1 – 60 kg. Affected packs will be readily identifiable by the batch number and also the weight range on the back of the blisters containing the chewables. Merial has determined the larger dose may pose a risk to dogs of 2-3.5 kg if the product is consumed.
If you have purchased product that meets the above description, please immediately return it to the retailer from which you purchased it for a replacement pack or refund.
No other NexGard® Spectra variants, batches or products are affected. Customers with concerns or enquiries are encouraged to call the Merial Customer Care team on 1800 808 691.
